ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons or promotions, processing time may be slightly longer.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship throughout the United States. International shipping options will be expanding soon.

Who are your products made for?
Our apparel and gear are designed specifically for EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement, and all first responders who live and breathe the lifestyle — on and off shift.

Are your shirts true to size?
Yes. Our shirts follow standard unisex sizing. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Size charts are available on each product page for accuracy.

What material are your shirts made of?
We use high-quality, soft cotton blends that provide comfort, durability, and breathability — perfect for both long shifts and off-duty wear.

Will the prints fade?
No. Our designs are produced using professional-grade printing methods that resist cracking, peeling, and fading when washed according to care instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unused items. Please contact us before returning any product to receive instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will make it right — no hassle, no stress.

Is this brand only for EMS?
Not at all. We proudly represent EMS, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Dispatch, and all members of the first responder community.

Do you support first responder causes?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How should I wash my apparel?
Wash inside out using cold water. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best longevity. Avoid direct ironing on printed areas.
